We offer you high quality dried semolina dumplings in various form and taste. It is important to know, that every aditive is only natural, we do not use artificial flavours, savours or preservatives.
We used only fresh hungarian hen eggs and they are used immediately after processing. In fact we break only those quantity of eggs which is needed for the daily production. There no preservatives neither in the fluid eggs nor in the semolina dumplings.
Thanks to the special production technology, the semolina dumplings have an excellent results of microbiology analysis, its a low bac. quality goods.
Our semolina dumplings are cooked within 4 minutes independently of their form or size. They are equal soft after cooking, they do not loose their colour and do not go to pieces neighter after a longer time of staying.

Jozsa Manufacturing and Trading Ltd has been producing pasta for 28 years.
Our new factory was built in 2008. It has a separated fresh egg processing unit, two fully automated processing units (for pasta and semolina dumplings) and modern packaging unit.
Our main profile is the production of the fresh egg pasta and semolina dumplings for soups. The daily capacity of pasta is cc 4-5 tons, and for dumplings 1-1.5 tons. We are in investition now to grow the capacity of pasta drying up to 12 t / day.
The fresh egg processing department is fully automated and eggs are always freshly broken to cover the daily production demand.
Our products are made of Hungarian flour and fresh Hungarian hen eggs which guarantee the high quality and all our products have minimum of 1 year “use-by” date due to the technology used.
The company and his owner, Mr Béla Józsa, has been awarded “Entrepreneur of the year 2013” by Gödöllő town councillor.
